For the dentist: everything you did to each tooth, right where you look for it.

  • Jaw chart

    Treatments, crowns, implants, extractions and treatment plans are recorded on the tooth they belong to. One look shows what’s done and what’s pending.

  • X-rays per tooth

    Upload an X-ray to the tooth it shows. At the next visit it’s there, with its notes and date.

  • Appointments and reminders

    A weekly schedule for every dentist in the clinic. Patients get a reminder before their appointment.

  • An account for reception

    Your receptionist gets their own account to book and move appointments, without using yours.

  • Patient invitations

    Send the patient an invitation. Once they accept, they can see their history and appointments.

After the invitation, patients open Dentlog on their phone or computer and see what the clinic has recorded for them.

Three steps to your first patient.

  1. Set up your clinic

    We create the clinic account together, and you add your dentists and reception.

  2. Record on the tooth

    At each visit, tap the tooth and add the treatment, a note or an X-ray.

  3. Invite the patient

    The patient accepts the invitation and from then on sees their history and appointments.

Hosted in the European Union
The app, its database and files are hosted by Scaleway, in data centres in France and the Netherlands.
Encrypted in transit
Every connection uses HTTPS. Browsers refuse any unencrypted connection to Dentlog.
Two-step verification
Clinic accounts are protected by a second verification step, on top of the password.
Your clinic stays the data controller
Patient data belongs to your clinic. Dentlog processes it only on your behalf, as a processor (GDPR Article 28).
No tracking
This page has no cookies, analytics or third-party fonts. That’s why there’s no cookie banner.

What we don’t have yet: third-party security certifications. When we get one, we’ll list it here.
